BANK OF AMERICA MOVES INTO CENTURY HILL PLAZA

LATHAM (October 31, 2005) -- Commercial real estate developer First Columbia has announced that Bank of America has become the latest tenant to move into Century Hill Plaza (CHP), a 20-acre business park located on Century Hill Drive in Latham.

Bank of America, which recently bought out the discount brokerage firm of Quick and Reilly, has moved around 40 regional employees who work in securities trading and other financial services into new first floor office space at 26 Century Hill Plaza.

"We're delighted to welcome Bank of America to Century Hill Plaza," said First Columbia Vice President Mark Bette. "The company is one of the most respected names in the financial services industry and their decision to locate here confirms that CHP remains one of the most sought after places to conduct business in the Capital Region."

Bank of America is one of the world's largest financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

In addition, First Columbia is constructing 22 Century Hill Drive, a new 45,000 square foot facility at the site. Completion is due in December. 22 Century Hill will be the new home to First Columbia and its sister company, Bette & Cring Construction. Approximately 20,000 square feet is still available for lease.
